Description

The nose gives aromas of blackcurrant pastilles, cassis, a lick of sage, there are aromas of fresh mint and Black Doris Plums. The palate mirrors the nose, along with firm rolling tannins which are held buoyantly by cinnamon, a hint of cardamon, blueberries, raspberry seeds and light chocolate after-dinner mint thing happening.
